Over 90% of our orders ship within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.

Some items are sold seasonally, shipping only in the spring or fall. This is noted on their product page.
 

If you order more than one plant, your may receive multiple packages.

We work diligently to ship your order as fast as we can, but sometimes unforeseen circumstances like inclement weather can impact our schedule. We appreciate your patience.

RETURN POLICY

To help keep plants at our nursery free of pests or diseases, we cannot accept returned plants or trees.
 

If you have an issue, please contact us the day you receive the plant, so we can help. Instead of sending the plant back, we encourage you to plant it, compost it, or share it with a friend!

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

We do offer discounts for commercial companies ordering a substantial number of trees and plants for job sites. Please, contact us if you'd like to discuss your project and process your order at a discount.
